DISA Limited (Company Registration No. 197501110N) (Incorporated in the Republic of Singapore) ("Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") INCORPORATION OF A SUBSIDIARY COMPANY The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Disa Digital Safety Pte. Ltd., has incorporated a subsidiary in Singapore named Digital Life Line Pte. Ltd. ("DLL"). Incorporated Issued and Shareholding Shareholder Principal company name paid-up Activity capital Digital Life S$5,000 93% Disa Digital Manufacturing Line Pte. Ltd. Safety Pte. and distribution ("DLL") Ltd. of saliva-based Antigen Rapid Test (ART) kits. The remaining 7% of the total number of issued shares of DLL is held by Chng Weng Wah, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer and substantial shareholder of the Company. The incorporation of DLL was funded internally and is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets per share or earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year ending 30 June 2022. Save as disclosed above, none of the Directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Transaction other than through their respective shareholdings (if any) in the Company.
