Change - Change In Corporate Information: : Change Of Company Secretaries And Registered Office Address

Parkway Trust Management Limited (the "Company"), as manager of Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust ("Parkway Life REIT", and the manager of Parkway Life REIT, the "Manager"), wishes to announce the following:

1. Ms. Josephine Toh Lei Mui and Ms. Chong Wei Han will be appointed as Company Secretaries of the Company in place of Ms. Chan Lai Yin and Ms. Joannah P. Resol who will resign as Company Secretaries with effect from 1 August 2025; and

2. the registered office address of the Company will be changed to 1 Harbourfront Avenue, Keppel Bay Tower, #14-07, Singapore 098632 with effect from 1 August 2025. The telephone number will also be changed to +65 6536 5355.

The Board would like to record their appreciation to Ms. Chan Lai Yin and Ms. Joannah P. Resol for their past services rendered to the Company.
