The Nominating Committee, having considered the qualification and experience of Mr Graham Nicholas Lee, recommended his appointment as the Independent Director of the Company.
The Board of Directors are of the view that based on Mr Graham Nicholas Lee's qualification and experience, he is eminently qualified to contribute postively to the Company. The recommendation from the Nominating Committee was approved by the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors considers Mr Graham Nicholas Lee to be independent for the purpose of Rule 704(8) of the Listing Manual of the SGX-ST.
