29 September 2023 Topps Tiles Plc ("Topps", the "Company" and together with its subsidiary undertakings, the "Group") Chair Succession Update Further to its announcement of 18 May 2023, and in compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Topps Tiles Plc announces that Darren Shapland will retire as Chair and that Paul Forman, having completed a transition period as Chair Designate since 1 July 2023, will take up the role of Chair, with effect from 1 October 2023.
