CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to notify the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Miss Supamas Trivisvavet has sent a letter of intent to the company to resign from the position of the President, effective as of August 1, 2022.
The Board of Directors Meeting No. 4/2022 held on July 21, 2022 resolved to approve the appointment of Mr. Nattavut Trivisvavet, with the current position of the Director and Executive Director as the President replacing to Miss Supamas Trivisvavet to restructure the organization and enhance the potential of the company and the group company, effective as of August 1, 2022 onwards.
