CEYLON COLD STORES PLC ("COMPANY") - REDESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
Please be informed that Ms. S. T. Ratwatte completed nine years of service on the Board of Directors on 16 June 2025. Accordingly, in line with the provisions of Listing Rule 9.8.3, which stipulates the maximum number of years for Independent Directors, being 9 years on the Board, Ms. Ratwatte no longer satisfies the criteria to be classified as an Independent Director.
As such, Ms. Ratwatte will continue to serve on the Board in the capacity of a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 16 June 2025, until her retirement from the Board consequent to the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company for 2024/2025 on 20 June 2025.
