Gase is entering a new phase of its corporate development and is pleased to announce the hiring of
Richard Fasanella as its new CEO and Board member. Rich is a seasoned entrepreneur and former
CEO of Bitcoin Services and will assist in the transition, name change, business change, of Gase
Energy. The former CEO, Sean Martin, has recently invested over $100,000 into the company to
continue to its listing on OTC, its audits, its continued good standing status with Deleware, and other
corporate and merger related expenses. We look forward to finally moving this company forward into
