TORONTO, Sept. 20 /CNW/ - Century II Holdings Inc. ("Century") announces that the two major shareholders of Century, The Millard Group Inc. and Jaguar Financial Inc., and seven directors and officers of Century who hold shares of Century have entered into support agreements with affiliates of TransForce Income Fund ("TransForce") to vote in favour of the proposed transaction involving the acquisition of all of the outstanding shares of Century by affiliates of TransForce. The shareholders who have signed support agreements own, control or direct 6,156,044 shares representing approximately 53.8% of the outstanding common shares. The proposed transaction must be approved by at least 2/3 of the votes cast at a special meeting of shareholders to be held on October 25, 2007.
