13.03.2025 Blaubeuren, March 13, 2025 - At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of centrotherm international AG, Blaubeuren, (ISIN: DE000A1TNMM9 and DE000A1TNMN7) unanimously resolved to extend Jan von Schuckmann's term of office as CEO, which was originally due to end on May 31, 2026, ahead of schedule. To this end, the existing Executive Board service agreement will be formally terminated by mutual agreement with effect from March 31, 2025 and a new Executive Board service agreement will be concluded for the period from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2030.
