As part of our growth and diversification strategy, we have completed our entry into the hydrocarbons sector through the acquisition of 100% of Patagonia Energy S.A. (PESA), under an agreement with Patagonia Assets Limited. This transaction represents our first investment in Oil & Gas and our entry into Vaca Muerta, one of the leading unconventional developments worldwide. The acquired assets include the Aguada del Chivato and Aguada Bocarey areas, located in the Neuquén Basin, covering approximately 110 km² and offering productive potential in one of the most geologically significant regions of the country.
