Central Natural Resources, Inc. (CTNR) signed a lease agreement whereby Highland Oil & Gas LLC has leased 6,203.82 acres of CTNR's property in Sebastian County. Arkansas for development for a period of 4 years. The lease calls for a bonus payment to CTNR of $175 per acre for a total of $1,085,668.50 in addition to a 3/16ths royalty on future production. Highland has the option to extend the lease for an additional 3 years by paying an additional $175 per acre
