Notice of Determination of Matters Relating to Acquisition of Shares
for Equity Compensation Plan for Employees
At the meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 11, 2023, we resolved to introduce an equity compensation plan for our employees (the "Plan" and the trust established for the introduction of the Plan are referred to as the "Trust"). At the meeting of the Board of Directors held today, we have resolved on the matters concerning the acquisition of our shares by the trustee of the Trust, and we hereby announced as follows.
Also, the Company has resolved to introduce an equity compensation plan for employees of Central Glass Products Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company (collectively referred to as the Company's employees, hereinafter referred to as the "Employees"), similar to that for employees of the Company, which is managed by the Trust, as well.
