PUBLICATION OF THE CALL NOTICE AND THE DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE SHAREHOLDERS'

Reggio Emilia, 12 November 2024 - Cellularline S.p.A. (hereinafter "Cellularline" or the "Company") announces that the notice convening the Shareholders' Meeting to be held on 12 December 2024 was published today on the company's websitewww.cellularlinegroup.com, as well as on the authorised dissemination and storage facility "1INFO"(www.1info.it). An excerpt of this notice is published in today's newspaper 'Il Giornale'.

They were also made available to the public at the Company's registered office, as well as on the authorised storage mechanism '1INFO' (www.1info.it) and on the Company's website at www.cellularlinegroup.com, in the Governance/Shareholders' Meeting section, the Reports of the Board of Directors on the items on the agenda pursuant to Article 125-ter of Legislative Decree 58/1998 ("TUF"), together with the curriculum vitae and the declarations of the existence of the requirements provided for by the regulations in force of the candidate referred to in point 1 in the ordinary section.

The proxy forms and information on the amount of the share capital are be made available to the public on the company's websitewww.cellularlinegroup.com, in the Governance/Shareholders' Meeting section.
