Cauldron Energy Limited (Cauldron or the Company) (ASX: CXU) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr MichaeI Wells as a Non-Executive director with immediate effect following shareholder approval for Mr Wells' appointment at the Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting.
Mr Wells was nominated as a non-executive Director by Parle Investments Pty Limited, Cauldron's largest shareholder, and the resolution received strong support with 99.60% of votes cast in support. Mr Wells has had a long and successful business career and worked closely with Mr Anthony Parle, of Parle Investments Pty Ltd, for approximately twenty years until 2021 and was centrally involved in the growth of businesses owned by Mr Parle which included numerous capital investment projects
