United Utilities - Catherine Bell
In accordance with LR 9.6.14(2) Catherine Bell, non-executive director of both
United Utilities Group PLC and United Utilities Water PLC, has been appointed
as a non-executive director of both National Grid Gas plc and National Grid
Electricity Transmission plc with effect from 1 April 2014.
