RECOMMENDATION OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE IN PREPARATION FOR THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF CATENA AB (PUBL)
The audit committee recommends re-election of the audit firm KPMG AB as auditor. The audit committee has not been subject to influence from third parties, and has not been forced by any conditions, or any provision in the articles of association, which has the purpose of having the general meeting choosing a certain auditor.
