Alexandria New Medical Center Co. has released a press release.
The Listing Committee held on 26/08/2026 has approved the following:
• Listing the capital increase for Alexandria New Medical Center from EGP 124,581,600 to EGP 244,581,600, the EGP 120 million capital increase (representing the 17th issuance) distributed over 120 million shares at a par value of EGP 1.00 per share paid in cash according to a bank certificate of the deposited cash for the subscription of the existing shareholders.
• The new shares of such increase shall be added to EGX database effective the beginning of 01/09/2026 trading session.
• Rights issue of such increase will be deleted from EGX database at same date of adding the capital increase to EGX database.
