Casa signed an agreement with Izumiotsu City and launched
Rent Guarantee service for municipal housing
Casa have entered into an agreement with Izumiotsu City, Osaka Prefecture (hereinafter referred to as Izumiotsu City) regarding the use of Rent Guarantee services in municipal housing managed by Izumiotsu City.
The purpose of this agreement is to promote the occupancy of municipal housing and contribute to the stability of the living life of Izumiotsu citizens by providing our Rent Guarantee service to those who have difficulty in finding a joint guarantor.

Private rental: 25 municipalities
