TORONTO, Oct. 15 /CNW/ - Carlaw Capital III Corp. ("Carlaw") announces that it has terminated the Definitive Agreement dated August 14, 2008 with JAB Resources Limited ("JAB") and certain others previously announced on August 15, 2008. Carlaw did not advance funds to JAB.
"Carlaw has terminated the agreement previously entered into with JAB" commented Amar Bhalla, CEO. "We continue to pursue various options for a qualifying transaction for Carlaw." As a result of such termination, Carlaw announces that trading of its shares on the TSX Venture Exchange will resume on Friday, October 17, 2008.
