TORONTO, Jan. 13 /CNW/ - Carlaw Capital III Corp. ("Carlaw") (NEX: CW.H), a capital pool company, today announced that it has entered into a settlement agreement with Oneworld Energy Inc. ("Oneworld") providing for payment terms of Oneworld's obligations to Carlaw in connection with the previously announced termination of the proposed qualifying transaction.
