Removal of Agenda Item 8 from the Agenda of the Annual General Meeting on March 26, 2026
The notice convening the 2026 Annual General Meeting (virtual Annual General Meeting) of Carl Zeiss Meditec AG for Thursday, March 26, 2026, in Jena (published in the Federal Gazette on February 10, 2026, unique event identifier: AFXHV20260326) included, under agenda item 8, the "Resolution on the adoption of the remuneration system for the members of the Management Board."
The Supervisory Board of Carl Zeiss Meditec AG has resolved to remove the aforementioned agenda item 8 from the agenda of the Annual General Meeting convened for March 26, 2026.
The reason is that the Supervisory Board intends to adjust the remuneration system of Carl Zeiss Meditec AG once again. The revised compensation system is scheduled to be submitted for approval at the 2027 Annual General Meeting.
