Cancellation of Share Premium Account
Netcall plc (NET), a leading provider of call-back auto messaging and contact
solutions, is pleased to announce that following approval from shareholders on
22 May 2007 and the High Court on 20 June 2007, the cancellation of the share
premium account became effective upon registration by Companies House on 28th
June 2007.
