Company Announcement No. 054-2025 WindowMaster International A/S (WMa) today announces that the company has increased its share capital by nominally DKK 50,000 as a result of employees' use of warrants. The capital increase has taken place without pre-emptive rights for the company's existing shareholders or others. The shares have been subscribed for at the following subscription prices per share of a nominal value of DKK 1: 50,000 shares at DKK 6.01 . The total proceeds to WMa amounts to approximately DKK 300,500 . The new shares, which carry the same rights in any applicable as existing WMa shares, will be admitted to trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen as soon as possible. Following the capital increase, WMa's total share capital amounts to nominally DKK 14,562,903 at nominally DKK 1 , corresponding to 14,562,903 votes.
