Reference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") of Capinfo Company Limited (the "Company") dated 30 August 2017 in relation to, among others, the Revised 2017 Annual Cap. Unless otherwise stated, capitalized terms used in this announcement should have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement.

As disclosed in the Announcement, a circular (the "Circular") in relation to the Revised 2017 Annual Cap is required to be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company on or before 20 September 2017. As more time is required for the preparation of the contents of the Circular, the Company expects that date of dispatch of the Circular will be postponed to a date falling on or before 20 October 2017.
