listed on the TSX Venture Exchange Inc. under the trading symbol "CYF",
announces the grant of an aggregate 975,000 options to directors and officers
of the company. The options will be exercisable into common shares of Canyon
Creek upon payment of $0.30 per share on or before September 6, 2010.
