Financial Disclosure Issues
The Company has filed amended and restated management discussion and analysis ("MD&A") for the period ended January 31, 2013 to include additional disclosures required by applicable regulatory policies. The amended MD&A includes the revised technical disclosure indicated in the Company's news release of May 22, plus further discussion of results of operations, liquidity and capital resources, and the reason for changes in expenses and related party transactions between periods.
