San Antonio, TX, December 15, 2005 / Cantex Energy Corp., (Pink Sheets-CTXE) announced today that it has retained the services of IR International Consulting Inc. (I.R.), located in Wantagh, NY, to handle their investor relations services in The Untied States and Canada. I.R. will act as a non-exclusive agent in assisting The Company with their growth as a public company, including scheduling appearances for Cantex at public company conferences, brokerage firm meetings, and general assistance with their public communications.
