NOTIFICATION OF MANIFEST ERROR CORRECTION OF DEFINITION

We refer to the above issue of Notes, described in more detail in each relevant Final Terms (together, the "Final Terms"), as amended and restated on 21 August 2026 (together, the "Amended Final Terms"), as well as the Terms and Conditions of the Notes (the "Conditions"), which are supplemented by the Amended Final Terms and which are set out in the relevant Prospectuses dated 12 May 2025 and 30 April 2026 (the "Prospectus").

Correction of Manifest Error

The following correction made in the Amended Final Terms of the Notes brings the document into line with the terms agreed with the investor at the time of the trade. The trades were booked correctly. This is simply to ensure the Amended Final Terms correctly reflects the booking and termsheet.

The following correction takes into account that the trade has several underlying Reference Items, rather than one:

In all other respects, the Amended Final Terms is correct and all other terms and conditions of the Amended Final Terms remain unchanged. Capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed thereto in the Amended Final Terms.
