CACHE CAPITAL ANNOUNCES NAME/SYMBOL CHANGE TO PURE BROADCAST CORP., TICKER SYMBOL PCST
SLC, UT (April 18th, 2017)-Cache Capital announced that effective April 4th, 2017, it had received regulatory approval to change its name and ticker symbol to Pure Broadcast Corp., ticker PCST, to better reflect its new business direction.
Pure Broadcast, through its wholly owned subsidiary Pure Custom Ventures, is a leading provider of sports broadcast "support" trucks, trailers and associated services. Founded in 2010, Pure owns and operates five "support" trucks, serving and fulfilling contracts with ESPN and NBC Universal's The Golf Channel in the U.S. and Canada.
Pure seeks to combine its highly experienced management team, its existing network relationships, as well as its new publicly traded status in an effort to fund, build and operate a fleet of mobile HD (Hi-Def) broadcast "production trucks" dedicated to live sports production.
