The Options have been granted to participating employees under the rules of the Scheme, an HM Revenue & Customs approved scheme introduced to encourage wider employee share ownership of the Company. The Options are exercisable at a price of £3.72 per ordinary share from 1 August 2025 in accordance with the rules of the Scheme. The total grant of options under the Scheme in 2022 and 2021 (the latter exercisable at a price of £4.00 per ordinary share from 1 August 2024) represents 0.55% of the Company's existing share capital.
