Readybuy plc
The Board of Directors of Readybuy plc ('the Company') announces that, following
a strategic review, the Company has decided to withdraw from manufacturing due
to a high level of fixed costs being incurred until volumes reach a commercially
viable level.
The Board is considering the options available which may include subcontracting
the manufacture of chilled ready meal production and developing brand sales
through sales and marketing.
The Board is also considering other strategic options available to the group.
