We are pleased to inform that following eight (08) directors have been elected by shareholders of Burshane LPG (Pakistan) Limited (the Company) in their Annual General Meeting held on October 28, 2024 for a period of 3 year commencing from October 28, 2024. However, the Board had determined the requirement for nine (09) directors, the appointment of additional director will be conducted by the Board within the specified timeframe.
In pursuance of the Section 159 (4) of the Companies Act, 2017 the members of the Company are hereby notified that the following persons have filed with the Company notices of their intention to offer themselves for election as a Director under Section 159 (3) of the Companies Act, 2017.
