The extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Bulgarian Receivables Fund SPE, dated 22 May 2025, passed the following resolutions:
- Changes within the managing bodies of the company:
Releasing from a position as Board members Veselin Vasilev and Vasil Sharkov; Electing Steliana Stoeva and Lyubomir Lambrev as new members of the Board of Directors for a 5-year term of office
- Determination of the remuneration to the members of the managing bodies
- Determination of the guarantee for the management to the members of the managing bodies
