Notification for a dividend distribution

Company: Bulgarian Private Equity Fund AD (BPEF)
The General Meeting of Shareholders of Bulgarian Private Equity Fund AD, dated 22 May 2025, has taken the following dividend distribution decision for 2024:
- Gross dividend per share: BGN 0.01
- Dividend payout starting date: 23 June 2025
- Dividend payout: Via the Central Depository and CB Central Cooperative Bank, Branch Madrid
The right to a dividend will be entitled to all shareholders registered with the central securities register on the 14th day following the GMS date, i.e. as of 05 June 2025 (Record Date).
The final date for transacting shares of this company on the Exchange for the holder to be entitled to receive a dividend will be 03 June 2025 (Ex-Dividend Date: 04 June 2025).
