Transfer of an issue to another market or segment

BSE Board of Directors adopted the following decision at a session held under Record of Proceedings No. 3 of 19 January 2026:
With reference to an application under Art. 45 (1) of Part III - Listing Rules to BSE Rules and Regulations for a transfer of the issue of shares of CB Bulgarian American Credit Bank AD (BACB), ISIN BG1100098059, to the BSE Main Market, the listing of this issue on the BaSE Alternative Market, Equities Segment, will be terminated as of 20 January 2026 (Tuesday).
On the grounds of Art. 35 (8) of Part III - Listing Rules, the BSE Board of Directors admits to trading on the BSE Main Market, Standard Equities Segment (segment MIC: ZBUL), the issue of shares of CB Bulgarian American Credit Bank AD (BACB), ISIN BG1100098059, as of 20 January 2026 (Tuesday).
On the grounds of Art. 44 (1) of Part III - Listing Rules, the BSE Board of Directors places under surveillance the issue of shares of CB Bulgarian American Credit Bank AD for a period of six (6) months, effective from 20 January 2026.
