Budapest.; company registration number: 01-10-042813; hereinafter referred as: Company) based on the 55 point of Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market and the 4th Annex to the 24/2008 (VII.15.) PM regulation hereby respectfully informs the investors, as follows.
The Company changed the registered office of the 100% owned Harsánylejtő Ingatlanforgalmazó és - kezelő Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered office: HU-1033 Budapest, Polgár street 8-10., tax number: 14442360-2-41, company registration number: 01-09-904053 hereinafter referred as: Harsánylejtő Kft.) to Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út 57., 1065 Budapest, VI. district, by the founding resolution no. 3/2025.04.10.
The Company supplemented the scope of activities of Harsányletjő Kft. with the following scope of activities by the founding resolution No. 4/2025.04.10.
