RESOLUTIONS PASSED AT THE BOARD MEETING OF BUA FOODS PLC HELD ON 26TH MARCH 2026At the meeting of the Board of Directors of BUA Foods Plc (the Company) held on 26th March 2026, the following resolutions amongst others were considered and approved:
That the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2025 (2025 AFS) be and is hereby approved for filing with the regulators and be released to the investing public.
That the Dividend proposal based on the 2025 AFS is approved subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
