The ex-distribution date is March 29, 2011. As previously announced, the Fund intends to make unitholder distributions on a quarterly basis beginning in the second quarter of 2011, subject to unitholder approval. Accordingly, the next distribution of 32.499 cents per unit is expected to be payable on July 29, 2011 to unitholders of record on June 30, 2011.
