Golden Star is an OTC reporting issuer under Multilateral Instrument 51-105Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets, and its predecessor BC Instrument 51-509, as its business has been directed or administered in or from British Columbia since September 15, 2008.
? 2 Golden Star has failed to file any of the records required under the Act and regulations as an OTC reporting issuer (the required records).
? 3 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that all persons cease trading in Golden Star?s securities until:
