? 1 Legacy Platinum Group Inc. (Legacy Platinum) is a Nevada corporation with securities quoted on the Pinksheet tier of the OTC Markets platform. Legacy Platinum is an OTC reporting issuer under Multilateral Instrument 51-105 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets, and its predecessor BC Instrument 51-509, as promotional activities have been carried on in or from British Columbia since at least May 15, 2010.
? 2 Legacy Platinum has failed to file any of the records required under the Act and regulations as an OTC reporting issuer (the required records).
? 3 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that all persons cease trading in Legacy Platinum?s securities until:
