¶ 1 Valmie Resources, Inc. (Valmie) is a Nevada corporation with securities quoted on the OTCQB tier of the OTC Markets quotation. Valmie is an OTC reporting issuer under Multilateral Instrument 51-105 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets as its business is directed or administered from British Columbia.
¶ 2 Valmie has failed to file any records required under the Act and regulations as an OTC reporting issuer (the required records).
¶ 3 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that all persons cease trading in Valmie’s securities until:
