Regarding to Britania Public Company Limited ("the Company") issued new shares for capital increase by |
initial public offering ("IPO") of 252,650,000 shares, during the period at 7-9 December and 13-15 December 2021 at the IPO price of 10.5 Baht per share, totaling amount of 2,652,825,000.00 Baht. The net proceeds deduction of offering expenses are Baht 2,586,700,000.00
