The board of directors of Brazilian food retailer GPA BMFBOVESPA:PCAR3 unanimously elected Alexandre Santoro as CEO, the company said in a securities filing on Monday.Rafael Russowsky, who had been serving as GPA's interim CEO since Marcelo Pimentel resigned in October, will remain as CFO, the company said.Santoro had served as CEO of restaurant franchise operator IMC BMFBOVESPA:MEAL3 since April 2021.IMC announced earlier in the day that Santoro had resigned and would be replaced by CFO Natalia Lacava on an interim basis.
