Brambles Limited announces the retirement of Cameron McIntyre as a Non-Executive Director Sydney, 2 September 2025: Brambles Limited advises that Non-Executive Director, Cameron McIntyre, has informed the Board that he will not stand for election at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 23 October 2025 and will step down from the Board at the conclusion of that meeting. Mr. McIntyre was appointed to the Brambles Board on 1 November 2024. Since his appointment, he has accepted the role of Chief Executive Officer at REA Group, effective 3 November 2025. Brambles Chair, John Mullen, said: "Following his appointment as CEO of REA Group, Cameron has carefully considered his professional commitments and has chosen to focus fully on his new executive responsibilities. We respect his decision, thank him for his contribution to Brambles and wish him every success in the new role. At this time, the Board does not intend to initiate a recruitment process to fill the vacancy created by Cameron's departure.
