Brazilian lender Bradesco BMFBOVESPA:BBDC3 expects 10 share offerings in Brazil this year, including at least one initial public offering (IPO), Executive Vice President and head of wholesale banking Bruno Boetger said on Tuesday.The share offerings are expected to amount to 15 billion reais ($2.90 billion) in Brazil this year, he told journalists.The executive did not name the companies expected to conduct the share sales or their sectors.Boetger sees around 550 billion reais in local debt issuance this year, down from 740 billion reais last year."The market is more selective," he said, citing recent "corporate events" and the current geopolitical scenario.Debt issuance abroad by Brazilian entities is forecast between $20 billion and $25 billion this year, from $36 billion last year, Boetger said.($1 = 5.1678 reais)
