PAYMENT OF SPECIAL DIVIDEND
References are made to the announcement of Boyaa Interactive International Limited (the "Company") dated 29 March 2019 in respect of, among others, the recommendation of the payment of a one-off special dividend (the "Special Dividend"), the circular dated 29 April 2019 in relation to the annual general meeting of the Company held on 6 June 2019 (the "AGM") and the announcement dated 6 June 2019 (the "Poll Results Announcement") in respect of the poll results of the resolutions proposed at the AGM.
As disclosed in the Poll Results Announcement, the resolution in relation to the Special Dividend was approved by the shareholders of the Company at the AGM. The board of directors of the Company announces that the Special Dividend shall be distributed in Hong Kong dollars at HK$0.276 per share. It is expected that the Special Dividend will be distributed to the eligible shareholders whose name appear on the register of member of the Company on 17 June 2019 on or around 19 July 2019.
