Bounce Mobile Systems Inc. (OTC: BNCM), today announced that it has initiated plans to change its corporate name to Delex Healthcare Group Inc. and update its ticker symbol accordingly before the end of October 2025.
This planned transformation reflects the company’s evolving focus on the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector, anchored by its affiliation with Delex Pharma International, Inc., a leading player in the Philippine hospital and specialty pharmaceutical industry.

The corporate name and ticker change are subject to regulatory approval and customary filings with the Nevada Secretary of State, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and other relevant authorities. The company expects the registration process to be finalized before October 31, 2025.
Until the official change takes effect, the company will continue to trade under its current name, Bounce Mobile Systems Inc., and ticker symbol BNCM. Updates will be provided to shareholders and the public as milestones are reached.
