Revenio Group Corporation | Stock Exchange Release | June 10, 2026 at 19:00:00 EEST The Board of Directors of Revenio Group Corporation has decided to establish a Technology Committee and an Integration Committee effective as of 10 June 2026 . In accordance with the charter of the Technology Committee, the Board elected from among its members Marc Abitbol (Chair), Anat Loewenstein and Bill Östman as its members. In accordance with the charter of the Integration Committee, Marc Abitbol (Chair), Arne Boye Nielsen , Nicklas Hansen and Charles Vilgrain were elected as members. The Board also updated the composition of the Audit Committee in accordance with its charter and elected Nicklas Hansen as a member of the Audit Committee. Bill Östman will step down from his position as a member of the Audit Committee.
