By a majority of the Board of Directors it was resolved that the Company grant to Marc C. Phelps, CPA & Director for services rendered to the Company in fiscal 2008, (thirty thousand) 30,000 Loans4Less.com, Inc. common stock shares, expensed by the Company at $0.25 per share for a value of $7,500.
As a result of this grant there are now 27,189,500 common stock shares issued and outstanding.
