The first item pertaining to the approval and authorisation for execution of share purchase agreement was withdrawn before the board meeting but the said item was not deleted in the outcome of the board meeting sent to the stock exchange on 19/01/2026. The said mistake was not intentional and will ensure that the same will not recur in future.
